This store is operated by Noeluxe, Avenida de Jerez 4, 41012 Sevilla, Spain ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Some images are illustrations. Colours vary between screens, and projection size and brightness depend on distance, placement and room lighting.
3. Using the projector safely
Nord Luxe™ is a decorative light for indoor use. Use it with a compatible USB power source, keep it away from water, and switch it off before sleeping or leaving home. Children should use it with adult supervision.
4. Prices and errors
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Bundle and add-on prices apply only as shown on the product page. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, for example if we suspect fraud or reselling. If we decline an order, we refund you in full.
6. Shipping, returns and add-ons
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms, including the details of the optional Shipping Protection and 30-Days Warranty add-ons.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't scrape or copy it, don't interfere with how it works, and don't give false information at checkout.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm that it's your own and truthful, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to show it on our store and in our marketing.
9. Intellectual property
The text, images, designs and trademarks on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country or state where you live, and you can take legal action in your local courts.

12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
