Refund policy

30-day returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all parts included.

How to start a return

Email us at acallesiflor@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be processed.

Return shipping

  • If your item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, you don't pay anything. We cover the return, or we may refund you without asking for the item back.
  • For any other reason (for example, you changed your mind), you pay for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 3–10 business days to show it.
  • Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
  • The 30-Days Warranty is refunded if you return the projector it covers.

Bundles

Bundle prices apply when the whole bundle is kept. If you return part of a bundle, the items you keep are charged at the single-item price and we refund the difference. Returning the whole bundle gets you a full refund.

Defective or damaged items

If your projector arrives damaged, stops working or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

If you added the 30-Days Warranty, we'll send your replacement without asking you to return the faulty unit.

After 30 days, you're still protected by the legal guarantee for defects that applies where you live. Contact us and we'll help.

Customers in the European Union

If you're a consumer in the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day returns already include this.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country or state.

Before you open a dispute

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We can almost always fix it faster than your bank.
